Return, Refund and Warranty Policy

The return policy and limited warranty terms outlined on this page apply exclusively to purchases made through the online store managed and operated by Psync Labs. The following Return Policy and Limited Warranty Terms are in addition to, and not in lieu of, your rights and obligations under the Psync Labs Terms of Service. If you have purchased our products through a third party, the return and warranty terms may differ.
Psync Labs strives to provide our customers with the best shopping experience. However, we understand that there may be times when you need to return a product. We have a transparent and fair refund policy to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases.
Eligibility for Refunds:
You may be eligible for a refund if you meet the following criteria:
- The product is defective or damaged upon arrival
- The wrong product was shipped to you
- You are not satisfied with the product and wish to return it within 30 days from the date of purchase
Additionally, Psync Labs will not accept a return if the product
- Is not purchased from https://psynclabs.com
- Is not in its original packaging with all original cords, adapters, documentation, and accessories.
ViewSay™ subscription is not eligible for a refund if the service has been activated.
Please note that refunds are not guaranteed and are subject to the discretion of Psync Labs.
Defective or Damaged Product
- If the product arrives defective or damaged during shipping transit, you may request a full refund or replacement order.
Received the wrong product
- If you’ve received the wrong product upon arrival, contact our Customer Support at https://support.psynclabs.com/hc/en-us to receive a replacement order.
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase
- If the product does not meet expectations, you may receive a refund within 30 days from the date of purchase. Go to our Return Center to initiate the refund process.
Process for Refunds:
If you are eligible for a refund, please follow the process below:
- Visit our Return Center or contact our customer support team at https://support.psynclabs.com/hc/en-us within 30 days of purchase to initiate the refund process.
- Provide the order details, including the order number and the reason for the refund request.
- Our customer support team will review your request and may ask for additional information or evidence to support your claim.
- If your request is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-14 business days from the date if receipt of the merchandise.
Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and you may be responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.
Limited Warranty Terms:
Psync Labs offers a limited warranty of 1 year from the date of purchase. During this time, we will replace any defective products free of charge. This warranty does not cover damages caused by improper use of handling, normal wear and tear, or accidents. For further details, please refer to our terms and conditions.
