Shipping Rates: 

We offer competitive shipping rates to our customers based on the weight and destination of their purchases. Shipping rates will be displayed at checkout and may vary depending on the shipping method selected. 

Shipping Methods: 

We offer standard flat-rate shipping for all orders. However, we understand that some customers may require alternative shipping options. Don't worry. We've got you covered! Be sure to check back regularly for additional shipping methods that may better suit your needs.

Processing Time: 

Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days from placing them. During peak periods or holidays, processing time may be longer. 

Delivery Time: 

Delivery times will depend on the shipping method selected and the destination of the package. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout and may vary depending on the shipping carrier. 

Tracking Information: 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package and stay informed of its delivery status. 

Shipping Address Changes:
Shipping details for all orders are final. After an order is created and submitted, shipping address details cannot be changed.

International Shipping: 

Psync Labs products are only available for shipping within the United States. We are working hard to expand our shipping capabilities in the future. Follow or subscribe to Psync Labs for updates. 

Domestic Shipping:
At this time, we ship to the contiguous 48 states of the US only. We currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, or Army/Fleet post offices (FPO/APO).

Lost or Damaged Packages: 

We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages during shipping. However, if your package is lost or damaged, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist you.
