Terms and Conditions
Eligibility: This Sweepstakes is open exclusively to Psync Labs customers who have purchased and used the Psync Camera Genie S, are legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, and are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. This Sweepstakes is governed by federal, state, and local laws and is void where prohibited.
Sponsorship: This Sweepstakes is sponsored by Psync Labs, a leader in innovative solutions located at 880 Maude Ave, Sunnyvale, CA 94085. Employees of the sponsor, its respective affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
Sweepstakes Period: Entries will be accepted from [6/25/2024] at 6:00 PM PDT until [8/23/2024] at 6:00 PM PDT or until 300 survey entry submissions are received, whichever occurs first.
Method of Entry: Sweepstakes entry is automatic upon meeting the eligibility criteria and completing the related survey. Limit one entry per participant. No additional purchase is necessary to enter or win. Alternatively, rather than completing the survey, during the Sweepstakes Period, a participant may mail to the sponsor, Psync Labs, at 880 Maude Ave, Sunnyvale, CA 94085, a request to enter the sweepstakes. Only requests which Pysnc Labs can reasonably match to an existing Camera Genie S customer are eligible. Only one alternative entry will be accepted. An alternative method entry is not eligible for the General Participation Award. Inaccurate or incomplete entries will be disregarded. How to Participate: The sponsor has invited eligible participants via email or in-app notification. To enter the sweepstakes, complete the survey linked in the invitation or submit a written request as outlined above before the deadline. You must fill out all required fields and provide your contact information.
General Participation Award: All participants will receive a 30% discount code, redeemable at psynclabs.com. This discount is nontransferable, has no cash value, and may not be combined with any other offer. The discount code expires on [12/31/2024, e.g., Four (4) months from the end of the Sweepstakes Period.] The discount code will be sent to the email address provided by the participant within the survey or on record.
Sweepstakes Prizes:
- Grand Prize: Five winners will receive a $100 Amazon e-gift card.
- Second Prize: Ten winners will receive a $50 Amazon e-gift card.
- Third Prize: Fifteen winners will receive a $20 Amazon e-gift card.
Total Prize Value: $1,300
Prize Claims: Details to claim the e-gift cards will be sent to the winners' email addresses provided in the survey or on record.
Drawing: Winners will be selected randomly from eligible entries during a drawing conducted on [8/28/2024] at the sponsor's main office. The sponsor reserves the right to change the drawing date and time if necessary. All decisions made by the sponsor regarding sweepstakes matters are final and binding. The sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. The sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who fails to comply with or breaches the rules. If initial winners are deemed ineligible, alternate winners will be selected. For the names of all prize winners, available after [9/6/2024], send a self-addressed, stamped #10 envelope to Psync Labs, 880 Maude Ave, Sunnyvale, CA 94085.
Choice of Law and Forum: Participant agrees that all matters arising out of or relating to this sweepstakes and these terms and conditions are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of California, without giving effect to any of its conflict of laws provisions thereof. Participant further agrees that any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or relating to this sweepstakes and these terms and conditions shall be brought exclusively in the applicable federal or state courts located in Santa Clara County, California.
Liability Disclaimer: By entering this sweepstakes, participants waive all right to, and hold the sponsor harmless from, any claim, liability, loss, damage (including punitive, incidental, and consequential damages), or expense (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with participation in this sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. The sponsor will not be responsible for: late, incomplete, or incorrect entries; a participant’s failure to receive prize notices due to participant’s spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for participants’ provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information; technical, hardware, or software malfunctions, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled, or delayed electronic communications whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or used in this sweepstakes; by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in this sweepstakes; or any typographical, technological, or other error in the publishing of the offer, administration of the sweepstakes, or announcement of the prizes. If, in Psync Lab’s opinion, there is such an error, or there is any suspected evidence of tampering with any portion of the sweepstakes, or if technical difficulties (including viruses and bugs) compromise the integrity of the sweepstakes, sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify this sweepstakes in a manner deemed appropriate by the sponsor. In the event of termination, winners will be selected from among all eligible entries received as of date of termination. In the event a dispute arises as to the identity of a potentially winning entrant, entries will be declared made by the name on the online entry form.
