Psync App Regional Download Limitations
The Psync app is exclusively available for download within the United States. Unfortunately, users outside this region may face download limitations due to restrictions within the app stores.
Potential Workarounds:
- Attempt using a VPN to temporarily connect to a US server and try the download. This solution isn't guaranteed—app stores might detect VPN usage.
- Contact the app store's customer support team to explore setting up a US-based account. However, this may require a US-based credit card.
While these suggestions offer potential solutions, they do not guarantee download access due to various restrictions.
What languages are supported?
The Psync app now offers support in both English and Spanish. As of March 2024, the app introduced Spanish language support, requiring users to update to the following software versions or later:

Integrating Psync Genie S with Alexa
The Psync Genie S offers seamless integration with Amazon Alexa, allowing users to enjoy an enhanced experience by combining the capabilities of both devices.
To link your Psync Genie S to Alexa:
For users with the Alexa App installed
1. Open the Psync app and tap the 'Profile' icon in the upper-left corner.
2. Tap on 'Third-party Services.'
3. Locate and tap 'Alexa.'
4. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the linking process.
For users without the Alexa App installed
1. Open the Psync app and tap the 'Profile' icon in the upper-left corner.
2. Tap on 'Third-party Services.'
3. Locate and tap 'Alexa.'
4. A popup webpage will appear. On this page, log in to your Alexa account.
5. Return to the Psync app and click on 'Link.'
For users without the Alexa App installed
1. Preview the camera's live feed.
2. Control the power on/off using voice commands.
3. Update device information such as adding/removing devices and modifying device nicknames.
To unlink Alexa
1. Open the Psync app and tap the 'Profile' icon in the upper-left corner.
2. Select 'Third-party Services.'
3. Choose 'Alexa' and then click 'Unlink.'
What 3rd party integration services are supported?
